Ordered this pergola directly from their website. During assembly, realized there was a piece missing. Have now sent several emails (because they have no phone number) to the company with NO response. DO NOT RECOMMEND
Looks amazing and easy to put together! Very heavy and well made
No missing or damaged pieces. Easy to follow assembly instructions. All hardware appears to be Stainless Steel so no worries about rust. Everything fit together perfectly. Well engineered and very sturdy after installation. Very happy with our purchase. Would recommend this brand Pergola if you are looking for a quality product.
Arrived on time in 5 boxes as stated.
There were no damages to pergola frame, packed very well, and all parts for assembly were accounted for to build.
I spent 4 hours completing all sub assemblies prior to erecting next day.
Me and Friend spent 3 hours final assembly including bolting to patio. I used purchased Red Head 3/8 inch 3 inches long expansion bolts, as IMO, the 1/4 supplied not long enough or sturdy.
Note: I had to predrill the mounting flanges at base of columns to 7/8 to ease hammering 3/8 inch 3 inches long Red Heads through flange into concrete.
The pergola is made very well, quality product that is easy to assemble. Louver actuation very smooth and easy to turn. Powder coating on louvers is well done and faux wood finish is very good.
Instructions are good with blown up details when needing the extra details for assembly.

After reading several positive reviews I was reassured and convinced. This pergola is among the more affordable options, but the quality far exceeds that of significantly pricier options. The build quality is excellent, sturdy, with high quality materials. With 2 people & a power drill it took a total of 3.5 hours to build. The attention to detail, from the packaging to the trim pieces, nothing was overlooked. If you are on the fence - just buy it!! You will not regret this one. Delivery was shockingly fast (3 days) and arrived well packaged and in manageably sized boxes. The perfect addition to the backyard. The included bug curtains & traditional curtains are a great bonus too! The individual parts are light weight enough to ease the assembly process, but be sure to have at least 2 people working together to assemble.
