They are a little squeaky when sitting in them. I tightened every bolt and screw along with oiling every joint possible. Still squeaks.

The assembly process of these two wicker swivel chairs I purchased was extremely difficult. The instruction manual was vague, and there were problems with the inconsistent sizes of the accessories. After finally assembling them, I found that the chairs had serious quality hazards, and it felt like they would fall apart at any time when I sat on them.

The merchant claimed that these two wicker swivel chairs are sturdy, durable, and have a smooth swivel. However, in actual use, the chairs are not only wobbly but also make harsh noises when rotating, which is seriously inconsistent with the advertisement and brings me a very poor user experience.

These chairs are so comfortable. Easy to put together and look fantastic. I cannot say enough good things about them!

These wicker swivel chairs are quite stylish and the swivel function works well. But in terms of comfort, the seat padding could be thicker. After sitting for a while, my back starts to feel a bit uncomfortable. Also, the design of the armrests is a bit awkward, not providing the most natural support for my arms.
