Love This

I love this I don't have central air nor heat but this lovely things radiates my entire living room with warmth and the sense of a real burning fireplace 10 outta 10 recommend I've had mine going on 2 years and it is still working very well

Great purchase!!

I got this for christmas and I absolutely love it! I built it by myself in about 3 hours start to finish, only need a screwdriver. I love all the different colors the fireplace can do and the LEDS are great for making a vibe in your space. I love the extra storage and how sleek it looks in my space, and the heating aspect works great in these cold winters! I haven’t noticed any scratches yet, all seems to be great quality so far and I am so happy! What a value!

Great product and service

I got the entertainment center and it was easy enough to install, you will need a drill to put on the fire place, but just a drill bit to create a pilot hole.

I had some led lights that came defective, I worked with customer service and they replaced them for me. So I'm happy overall with everything.

Even Better Than Expected!

This just arrived today and I’m very pleased! Assembly was easy but took some time. About 4 hours working alone. The directions were clear and everything lined up well. I did make sure to go slow and orient the pieces just as they were in the book so I didn’t get anything backward. Pieces were all clearly labeled and the product overall feels sturdy. Fireplace is beautiful and can produce quite a bit of heat. I turned the fan off and I’m just enjoying the visual effect. Overall very happy!
