A quick word about the seller. I had a small problem with one of the parts, they responded almost immediately. Excellent customer service. My hat goes off to them.
The chairs go together very nicely if you put the first set of screws in loosely. Remember, you're trying to make a triangle shape between the base the back and the arms. If you put them in loosely and then tighten them down you'll be okay. My recommendation is to get a 13 mm wrench as well as a 13 mm socket wrench. The small stamp pressed 13 mm wrenches that come with the packet will not be of any significant use to you. Do yourself a favor and go get a 13 mm wrench. You will need two. One to hold the upper nut, the other to turn the lower nut. Or vice versa.
Also, when you get the product, put in the screws marked as letter j first before you put letter k. You may have to push down on the seat back to make the upper part of the arm line up with the hole on part a. Sort of like trying to fold the two sections towards each other. Once they are loosely put together, tighten down the screws.
The chairs are everything they said they would be. Sturdy, comfortable, swiveable, if that is a word. Very stylish, makes my ratty deck look nice. The product is very well packed and protected with a combination of plastic zip ties and foam. Aside from the tools that I recommend, you should be in good shape. Maybe a pair of scissors to open up the packet that has the nuts and the washers and the screws. There are no extras. Please keep track of all the parts.
