Beautiful But Heating Issues

While the starry ceiling is gorgeous, the heating system is inconsistent - some carbon tubes stopped working after 3 weeks. The salt bricks began crumbling too quickly. For the high price, I expected better durability. Customer service was slow to respond to my complaints.
